Sisi

As my little girl, Sisi, is not at her best shape, I felt like posting few pictures about her, because she's just great! smile

Intriged...

Hidden and not willing to be found! lol

Exhausted, resting in her bedroom...

Curious...

Lovely...

Was looking for me...

Dinner time

Enjoying a sun bath...

With her little stuffed-animal face smile

Paris (Autumn - Winter)

The Tour Eiffel through the Mur de la Paix (Peace Wall)

Tour Eiffel & Champs de Mars (beautiful day of Nov. 2006)

The National Opera of Paris, Opéra Garnier (1875)

My favorite area in Paris: Saint Lazare (here a pedestrian street and the famous Printemps store)

The perspective from the Tuileries gardens with the Obelisk of La Concorde and the Arc de Triomphe.

Having a typical relaxing time, around the pond, on the chairs of the Jardin des Tuileries, near the Louvre (you can also see the Tour Eiffel behind the naked trees)
Some modern facilities of Paris: here the Palais Omnisports de Paris Bercy (shortened to POPB), covered with grass indoor arena that holds musical or sport events (1984)

Opéra Bastille (1989) and the Colonne de Juillet (exactly where was the Bastille prison and the famous guillotine, during the Révolution Française in 1789)
The Ministry of Finance, the POPB behind the trees, the Seine and a Péniche
Parc de Bercy (next to the POPB) and a carousel

One of my favorite place: Cour Sain-Emilion - next to the Parc de Bercy - a pedestrian way with restaurants, shops and a multiplex cinema,
The famous Galeries Lafayette, with their Xmas lights
Each Xmas, you can admire the animated shop windows of the Galeries, suitable for the children and the grown-ups!
The Xmas crowd of the Galeries (and it was during the week!)
The lighted up Champs Elysées by night, facing the big wheel of La Concorde

Facing the Arc de Triomphe
Montmartre and its Sacré Coeur (1919)
The famous Moulin Rouge (1889)
Au Chat Noir, a famous cabaret of the 19th century. The Black Cat stayed a strong reference to the old Paris and Montmartre.
The famous painters and portraitists of Montmartre

PARIS

People tend to say it is one of the most beautiful city in the world.

As a French and Parisian person, I would not be objective but I agree with the beauty, I just don't know if we can place it on top.

Anyway, I like it for the numerous possible nice pictures it offers.

I am still working on covering all the City of Lights, I am far from being done yet! wink

Here is what I can offer you so far.

Nothing and everything

Chocolate fountain in Brussels - and my friend tasting it with a biscuit!

A piece of a DE-LI-CIOUS light strawberry pie and its raspberry coulis

Studying for the oral part of the first exam of the moto license in my bedroom

As my 25 birthday gift, a friend of mine took me out for a lunch to Kong, where Carrie (from Sex and the City) meets her boyfriend's ex-wife, in Paris.

In the elevator, leaving the restaurant.

Flowers in Brussels
