My mom and her partner went to Rome for a week and I offered to dog-sit their cuty doggy they have had since last summer. They got him from a young woman that had offered it to her mother but the last one, sick and already with a dog, did not want to keep it. They are missing a great dog, he is a year and a half and he is great! He jumps all day, he is a genius at stealing things and it pisses us off quite often =) - we think he has been trained by Romanian people lol - he is dynamic, has soft and curly hairs like a sheep and loves when I play with him and is always very happy when he sees me!

But... Sisi and Austin, are not made for leaving with each other so far, she is afraid of everything and shy, he is a hunter and loves to play, so after a first chase, the very first day, I decided they could not be again in the same room. I spent an awful week because of that. Leaving with Sisi OR with Austin is nice but with both of them, kept me at home for 5 days in a row to avoid a catastrophe!

I have been studying for 3 years at the Sorbonne Nouvelle, 5min away by foot from the Jardin des Plantes and after all, I did not know the park so well!!

We discovered many things and little gardens with D. And how nice to be with someone who knows so much about flowers and plants!

Having a typical relaxing time, around the pond, on the chairs of the Jardin des Tuileries, near the Louvre (you can also see the Tour Eiffel behind the naked trees)
Some modern facilities of Paris: here the Palais Omnisports de Paris Bercy (shortened to POPB), covered with grass indoor arena that holds musical or sport events (1984)

Opéra Bastille (1989) and the Colonne de Juillet (exactly where was the Bastille prison and the famous guillotine, during the Révolution Française in 1789)

People tend to say it is one of the most beautiful city in the world.

As a French and Parisian person, I would not be objective but I agree with the beauty, I just don't know if we can place it on top.

Anyway, I like it for the numerous possible nice pictures it offers.

I am still working on covering all the City of Lights, I am far from being done yet!
